2 motherboards (systems) in one case ... any advice ?

I want to build 2pcs in one case I'm planning to use only their CPUs for rendering so I don't need 2 separate cases
I just need one box to build 2 systems inside

Interesting, not sure I've ever seen one for sale.

Why are you going this route? If you are rendering something wouldn't a dual CPU system be the way to go?
