Hey there,

Actually i have one M2 NVMe SSD and planning to buy other one, but i am not sure if i install other one M.2 NVMe SSD disk if PCI express x16 will be unafected in speed.

My mainboard is : ASUS TUF-Gaming-Z490-Plus

In manual i couldn't find any info about this. Can someone explain it to me or any advice? Thank you so much.

1 x M.2_1 socket 3, with M key, type 2242/2260/2280/22110 storage devices support (SATA & PCIE 3.0 x 4 mode)*1
1 x M.2_2 socket 3, with M key, type 2242/2260/2280 storage devices support (SATA & PCIE 3.0 x 4 mode)*2
You can install both, first one is fed by PCIe lanes from CPU and second one from chipset. Each one takes only 4PCIe lanes so it shouldn't affect those PCIe lines (CPU has enough)
Second slot may take some lines from other PCIe slots but not first one.
