Question 2 of my 4 usb connector doesnt work ( CASE: Asus Rog Strix Helios GX601

Make and model of your motherboard? According to the manual for your case, page 13, it seems that one of the USB3.0 + type-C ports for the case(the left most ports) are daisychained and you're advised to use one or the other, not both. You should be able to use all ports on the case front panel if you've hooked up all the internal front panel headers to the motherboard in the right manner, without bending or breaking off any of the USB3.0 internal header pins on the board.

Congratulations you have one of the few motherboards that have 2 usb 3 connectors, labelled number 10 on the diagram in the manual. So all 4 of your case usb 3 port should work. You could try connecting one of the cables at a time to both ports to figure out which one is defective. If there's still a problem either the motherboard or case may be defective and you may want to return it.

Look like this port is defective, i tried to connect the leftside there but doesnt work
