2 or 4 dimms of ram in AM4 tech?

Which is the best for am4, I need 32 gigs so my choice is 2x16 or 4x8. Due to high price I will get the 3000mhz if I go for 2x16 or 3200mhz for 4x8 (4x8 are cheaper) but greater the risk to get some bad dimms. As for the brand I can only pick among the following corsair, kingston, crucial.

Stability with fast memory tends to be a little worse with 4 sticks than 2. Other than that there isn't really a difference.
