2 OS on Monitor/Projectors

Hello, I'm dealing with such a thing and I need to advise.
Co-working with my friend on Project and need to present on one screen. Unfortunately i work on Mac and he on Windows, I found different screenshare applications/programs, but all go over the network, and there are slower responses or lags. Is based on live generation from Processing and Ableton so lags or delays is a bit nightmare for us. Ofc i searched here in forum and many people advise KVM switcher but is just switching betwen monitor. Then there are monitors with PIP or PBP function, but we are students and do not have a budget for this. Any idea please ?Thanks in advance.

Why don't you try connecting the the MAC and Windows PC together with Ethernet cable and use a Screenshare application, the latency would be greatly reduced compared to a wireless medium

Synergy is software where u can share keyboards and mouse betwen other computers with own monitors, i need share screen/windows
