2 Problems on my Motherboard!

The 24 pin adapter wont go in. it fits but it wont snap/click in.

Also, i dont know where the front case cables go into on this motherboard

It takes a lot of force on some motherboards to get the 24 pin cable to go in properly. If the 24 pin cable is a 20 and 4 pin split cable, then you need to make sure you line the two parts of the cable up side by side before you attempt to plug in the cable.

The front case cables will connect to the pins on the board labeled jfp1 and jfp2 (the fp stands for "front panel"). You will need to reference your motherboard manual to see their configuration.

ok, possibly cause it's new you may have to push a bit firmly (not too much force)

First front panel header is JFP1 and JFP2

They are all at bottom off board under pci slot central to all other headers

are you able to see the ridge on mobo connection and how much the connector misses passing this ridge

Make sure the 24 pins has a clip on there and that you are facing the clip with the clip on the motherboard.
