2 processor fan blade broke and to make it even i took off 4 and made it a 3 blade fan now pc boots and starts but freezes.

windows starts, but nothing works and it keeps loading something, after a while it says the application windows has stopped working. and 2 options will appear end process and wait if i click end process everything goes black and i can only see the mouse. i have a default processor fan for the 8core amd.
