Question 2 rams won't boot, but 1 ram does

Hello guys, i just built my new gaming PC, the specs are :

Mobo : MPG x570 gaming plus
CPU : R5 3600
RAM : Corsair vengaence
GPU : RX 5700xt
PSU : Thermaltake 750w 80+ gold rgb

When i finished built it, it booted and rgb is lighting but in the monitor there's no signal, i checked the RAM it's good but i think the RAM Slot in the Mobo is damaged or something

Help me

Try each stick individually and do both boot individually?

What ram kit is this? Please provide the model number.

Did both sticks come out of the same package?

The RAM is : Corsair vengaence PRO RGB 16gb 3600mhz 18 cas latency

And yeah i tried both sticks working fine
