Nope. Only one router per cable connection unless you arrange to get multiple static account addresses, which Comcast does not do for home users.

What are you trying to accomplish -- sharing the network with another? You can configure one router as an access point to extend coverage or set up as a second router off the first router to create a distinct subnet.
