Hi people and happy easter!
I have a modem at home on the first floor, which is connected to 2 routers, on the first and second floor because the modem's wifi signal is not that strong or stable.
i noticed that if i connect to the wifi on the 1st floor, i can get download speeds up to 6mpbs. however, when i connect to the 2nd floor wifi, my download speed is capped at 1mpbs.
this issue did not exist before.
i noticed the change after i had to use a new ethernet cable to connect my 2nd floor router. i've made my own T568B standard cables before and so i made this myself, but the speed dropped. any idea what happened and how to fix?
