2 Samsung 840 Pros RAID 0 w/ EXTREMELY low write speed but normal read....

I've had these SSD's for about 6 months now. When I first installed them I was getting perfect readings. With the Write speed about 900 MB/s or so. I have done NOTHING to the SSD's since then. This is what my write speed is now.

My specs:

Windows 7
Asus Maximus IV Extreme-Z
i7 2600k
GTX 680's SLI
2x Samsung 840 Pro's in Raid 0

In case it is asked, the SSD's are correctly installed in the proper Intel ports on the motherboard.

What could be causing this? I have no idea

Do you have write back cache enabled in the IRST control panel?

Redeemer, I don't think I do. How do I go about enabling that?


EDIT: I'm in the IRST control panel and it is enabled. Is that good?

Install Intel's latest RAID driver version 12.9.0.1001 dated 12/12/2013 and see if that improves your benchmark scores.

as SSDs get full they slow down. clean it out and see what happens.
