I just completed my new killer rig. This is the first time I went with a Raid setup. I have always used Samsung ssd's. The magician software was always helpful and easy to use to tweak all of the needed settings.

Now that Im in Raid0 the magician software no longer works so I am wondering what you guys are doing if anything to tweak the settings.
One example is Rapid mode is no longer available anymore, others would be
prefetch
write cache buffer
buffer flushing
etc

Is there any need to tweak/change any settings? Im using Windows 10 Pro 64
What software are you using to check the speed of the SSD's?

My New Setup:
Coolermaster HAF full tower case
Asus Pro Gamer Z170 mobo
Intel Skylake I7-6700K oc'd with AI suite 3
Corasir H60 v2 cpu cooler
EVGA GTX980 TI SC+
16 gig's Jskill Ripjaw DDR4-3000 ram
Corasir AX-760 power supply
2x Samsung Evo 850 SSD in Raid0-Windows 10 Pro x64
WD Black 640gig HD for data files
Asus ROG 27" monitor 144hz w/G sync
BenQ 24" monitor
Astro A50 wireless headset
Steelseries keyboard
Corsair M65 Vengeance mouse

Thanks for any advice you may have:

Thanks for the link, Much appreciated. Does the findings in that article still hold true? It is more then 2 years old.
What would I do with the second individual drive if not in raid? data drive?
Both Evo's are 500gigs each

Thank you

Yes, still holds true. The SATA interface is still the same.
For the second drive? Data, games, whatever.

You'll be glad later, when you don't have to worry about the RAID 0 failing, and everything on both drives is lost.
