2 sata ssds or one ADATA SX8200 NVMe

Hi. Looking at buying a rig for Photoshop, After Effects, some video (hobbiest).
I'm confused with Hard drives.

I wonder which would be better for all round use - a 240Gb 2.5" SATA ssd for OS and a 960 SATA ssd for everything else. or one 960GB ADATA SX8200 NVMe for everything.

(Leaving out the obvious less storage...and extra 80 quid for later option)

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Yes, in absolute numbers the NVMe drive is "faster"
Whether you will actually see that performance is debatable.

I'd possibly look at changing 240GB SATA III SSD for a 250GB NVMe drive. OS and applications.
960 SATA III SSD for the data drive.
