Hello, so i just bought a house. There is a cable line coming from the pole to my house. My street is weird and changes its name 3 times within 200ft. So on the part of the street i live on is serviced by northland cable. Which offers 24mbs max speeds and cost alot. But 3 houses down they have twc which offers much faster speeds and at a better price.
The line that services the neghbor 3 houses down is the same as mine. So my question is. If i used an address 4 houses down (which is an old couple that do not have twc). And use my own modem.and do a self activation, so no one has to come out. Could i get my modem activated through twc and get service since its on the same cable line?
