Update : ok so I opened my case for first time in 11 years and started cleaning dust with a hair dryer .then I removed my RAM,Gralphic card and power and started to clean them individually with a alcohol.

Good news is my PC started to work.bad news is after I turned it on for 10 second it started to rapidly turn on and off before turning on and staying on.also I'm scared to turn off my PC so it stayed on till now

Other bad news is my USB 2.0 ports malfunctioning.it doesn't read my Cruzer 32 gb USB flash but I can use my mouse and keyboard normally

so there is it.do I have to buy a new psu?

Hi
This morning I turned on my PC and it shutsdown on it's own after 2-3 second.after several tries it turned on and I got corrupted bios message and my motherboard tried to install bios using backup.it got to 100% but then my monitor went black and nothing worked.
I tried turning pc off and on again and now I'm getting 2 sets of beeps that goes like this
Beep beep beep [pause for half second] beep beep beep
Also there is no light on keyboard and monitor won't turn on

My motherboard is gigabyte p61a-d3 and my CPU is Intel core due 8400

I really don't care about my PC anyway but I got some important document on it so any temporary fix would help

Solution
Your motherboard has an AMI EFI BIOS. The problem is probably with your memory. There is no code for 2 sets of 3 short beeps, only 3 short beeps.
If you are only interested in recovering some important documents, you can just plug your HDD in another computer.

3 Short Beeps
Three short beeps means there has been a base memory read/write test error in the first 64 KB block of memory.
Replacing the RAM usually solves this AMI beep code.
