Hey, I just finished putting my computer together and I plugged it in and it made 2 short beeps and a long beep after that with the pitch going up (like something was turning on?). All the fans are working and the power supply computer LED's, and graphics card light are on as well.

My parts: MOBO: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128444

Thanks!

Edit: I forgot to add I pressed all the cables down to make sure they were plugged in, moved my graphics card from 1 PCIE slot to another, and tried putting my RAM in all combinations.

Yeah, I have them both connected. I used the red 6 pin connector and red 6+2 pin connector that came with the psu. Could I have damaged a chip or something? When I was trying to connect it I had to move a few wires out of the way so I accidentally dropped it while holding it in the case. The problem with this explanation I see though is that the fan is running and has its red lights on when I turn the computer on.
