2 short beeps & Monitor Signal Turns off

Hi, today i was playing a game MW2 and suddenly the monitor lost it's signal. But i can hear the sound in the game(as i remembered). Then i turned the PC off manually and turned it on. Then No signal + 2 Short Beeps. I searched about and saw it was a issue with my memory. My problem is that does the memory thing have to do anything about the monitor issue. I had the 2 beep issue a long time ago but only twice. Now this 🙁

If the memory has failed, I assume that it could cut your display.
Do you have more than 1 stick of RAM in your computer? Try testing one at a time.
Have you tried a different monitor to make sure the monitor is fine?
