2 Side case fans seem to be scraping the inside of my PC case. Incredibly loud and annoying

Just put together a PC and booted for the first time. The case is a Rosewill Challenger and the 2 Side fans I picked up are RCWB-1612 Rosewill 120mm PWM case fans. Even just giving the fans a spin manually before closing the case I could hear the blades touching the case wall. I was hoping it would work itself out, but it didnt lol. Are there any solutions for something like thisPC or should I just remove them?

Edit: temp solution for now I unscrewed all the screws for those fans to the point that the blades are no longer touching, but the fans can move/wobble slightly because the screws aren't fully tightened. I'm worried over time it would cause extra wear or the screws will continue loosen. Is it safe to add some standard washers to all of the screws to create a little extra space but keep the screws tightened fully?

Using washers/spacers is the best solution for you which doesn't require switching out your side fans. Also, there's no harm in using spacers between fan mounting points and case side panel.

That would be odd. Sure the wires were not just touching the blades?
