my mobo Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2 supports dual channel upto 2133mhz

so should i buy 2 same model 8 gb ddr4 2133mhz ram or

2x8gb 2400mhz kit because in my area there is no 2x8gb 2133mhz kit

Or a single 16gb stick

For optimal compatibility you would want to go with a kit that has 2x8GB. That is not to say that you will have issues running two sticks from different packages, it's just OEMs put together kits that are well matched to run at the rated speed. You may have issues, you may not. It's not as common of a problem as it used to be, but it still exists. 16GB sticks will be even harder to match later if you happen to need 32GB for whatever reason (heavier editing, etc...)

For the best you should get 2*8gb kit as it will give you better speed , but you must not buy that as your mobo does'nt support it , better you should go with 2 same model 8gb - it will enhance & boost up your system speed
. Buying a single ram does not upto the mark & its performance will be less than 2*8 gb , And also might give less ram space. So go for 2 same model 8gb sticks & judge the performance .
