2 sticks dont work

Hello guys i build recently a new pc my mobo is asus rog strix b360f gaming my problem is that the pc dont work with 2 sticks of ram.When i remove the one stick then the pc works.i have tried all the slots but nothing please help me i dont know what to do

So is one ram stick bad, or one slot bad. Either way you will need to RMA.

I changed all the slots and all working also the rams but when i put 2 sticks connected pc doesnt boot is there any problem from bios that i need to change?

Strange. Are both sticks from the same kit? Brand and specs?

No is the same ram corsair vengaince ddr4 2666 mhz when i put them together on dual channel the pc dont boot... when i put one the pc starts

It should work fine. Maybe you got a MB/Ram combo that doesn't like each other. Contact Corsair, their support is excellent.
