2 sticks of Ram running in single channel

Hello, upgraded to 16gb of ram today but its still running in single channel mode according to speccy. is it a bios setting to turn it to dual channel the ram is Ballistix sport 8gb ddr4 2666 and my motherboard is a gigabyte AB350M-DS3H. Task manger is saying i have 16gbs available
