2 Terabyte hard drive buzzing

I installed a new 2 Terabyte hard drive and I hear a buzzing noise every so often.(When I hear the buzzing I am not running or doing anything with the hard drive) This buzzing noise never happens to my other hard drive. Is the buzzing noise normal?

A loud buzzing from a hard drive is not normal. You could be hearing the sound of it seeking from Windows indexing it, but I wouldn't describe that as a buzzing - more like a very light tapping sound.
