I have 2 USB ports that have suddenly stopped working. I had my blue snowball and my logitech g502 plugged into them.

When I turn on my pc, they only give slight signs of life. If I unplug then plug my mouse back in, it'll work for about a second then stop, and window's just stopped recognizing my mic alltogether. But my mouse will work in a frontside port.

I've thought about updating drivers but I don't know what to update, there's VIA and Intel usb 3 programs installed, and I can't connect to the via website and Intel can't recognize itself with the driver utility manager program.

My computer has been built and working correctly for 2 years. The ports on the back are usb 3.0, and no i didn't leave it on overnight

Hi John. Did you follow the checklist I linked in the last post? If so, could you also update your BIOS to the latest version please?
