Question 2 versions of Gigabyte GeForce RTX2080 WINDFORCE

There's OC and non-OC version of Gigabyte GeForce RTX2080 WINDFORCE (50$ diffrence).
If I buy non-OC version can I just overclock it same as OC version? Is there really any diffrence between them?

I would not try but just spend the extra cash for the oc one.

It depends on how high you want to O/C the factory O/C cards usually run the A chip in them which have been binned and will achieve a higher oc.
