2 Wi-Fi, when one is used, the other gets slowed aswell

So my house as 2 wireless connections, whenever someone watches youtube on the 2nd network, I can feel my connection getting slowed aswell. sometimes to the point of being unusable. What could possibly be the causes? I have 2 seperate routers for each.

Have you verified that they are on unique channels (1,6,11)? They still share the same total bandwidth to the WAN. What is your ISP speed? Your main router could be underpowered. Are you positive that the other person is on a different WIFI source?
