2 wireless dvr system interference

We have two sets of wireless dvr cctv systems, i assume they are on the same frequency due to the fact that they both don't operate when switched on simultaneously. They are now used in two warehouses separeted from each other by about 20m. As soon as the second dvr cameras are powered we get interference on the 1st system in the different warehouse. How can this be solved?

It depends how much you can configure. You should be able to set them to use different radio channels which should reduce the interference.

I would also check to make sure they are not trying to actually share the same network. You want completely different SSID/passwords so the networks do not overlap. If you were to combine them you run the risk of duplicate IP addresses and other strange issues.

These systems are so proprietary I can only guess this is a read the manual thing I suspect to see how to isolate them.
