Will there be any fps gain with 3200mhz over 3000mhz ram?
I'm getting good deal for Corsair vengence 2x 8gb 3000mhz but 3200mhz is slightly higher price.

Thinking of Ryzen 5 2600 build or ryzen 5 3600 if price is right.

It depends on the game but with Ryzen you'll want the 3200mhz because even if you don't see much of an improvement in FPS it will be more stable (less dips) then slower speeds.

3000 MHz RAM came down to lowest ever but not 3200mhz..
Let's just say AC Odyssey which I think every fps count on that game.

For Ryzen, there will be a slight improvement in framerate and stability going from 3000mhz to 3200mhz.
It should be worth the extra money to get the 3200 over the 3000mhz.

Not sure how the third generation will like faster ram, but the official memory spec is 3200mhz, so the faster ram should be a benefit there as well.

I think I should consider 3200mhz after all...
