2 x Xeon E5-2667 2,9 GHz or 1 x E5-1650v2 3,5 GHz better for Gaming?

Solution
You may need a new power supply to run your GTX 970. I don't know your reasoning for buying one these old workstations, but I would probably advise against it unless it is really cheap. (ie; my workstations may sometimes run 24/7 for weeks on end.) Not sure if you're buying the workstation and the xeon, 32gb ram, and ssd separately or if those are included in the workstation. Do you mind me asking what you are looking at spending for this? You may be able to get into something new for around the same cost.
For gaming, Speed is king so the E5-1650v2 would be best since its a 6Core 3.5Ghz with 3.9Ghz turbo (1-2 cores). The E5-2667 is also 6Core but is 2.9Ghz with a Turbo of 3.5Ghz (1-2) Cores. Since practically no games use more than 4 cores, its pointless to spend that extra money for a second CPU if all you are doing is gaming.

Only talking about gaming here and if that is your only choices.

and this one Dell T3610 with E5-1650v2 + 32GB RAM + SSD + Geforce GTX 970 will be ok ?

IDK you can get used Workstations for $100 on eBay. Completely worth it if someone doesn't want to build computers themselves. But once you start adding newer video cards , SSDs and extra ram it starts to cost the same or more than a new computer.
