2 Xeons E5-2603v4 VS. One i7-6800K

Hi, i need a new video editing machine (pc) and I'm trying to choose from those two, both six core cpu's:

A) Two - Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2603 v4 on a Dual CPU Motherboard
+ more real cores

or

B) Intel® Core™ i7-6800K Processor
+ build in GPU
+ faster

I'm using mostly Sony Vegas 13 Pro and also sometimes Premiere and After Effects and I would like to be able to edit 4K video with a lot FX and tracks.

So which one will be better for editing?
ps: Sony Vegas supports multithreading.
