Question 2 years old pc underperforming

As I said in title , my pc got slower and slower recently and i blamed it on the internet speed , but I decided to try benchmarking it and the results told me that the pc is performing below expectations, and the cpu is in the 6th percentile. can anyone help me out and tell me how to try and fix it? the link is: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/55648210

Start by enabling XMP for the RAM in your BIOS.
You have a KF CPU in a B motherboard. The power infrastructure of the motherboard could be limiting.

Still only running 2666. You might investigate your RAM timing some more.

RAM doesn't run faster than 2666 on B365.

i think those are the things you meant couldnt figure if to send avg or max

OP, that motherboard has absolutely and positively too little power delivery for a 9900KF. That motherboard was best left for the non K i3 and i5 variants. It looks fine but is completely inadequate for a CPU of that nature.

Reboot.
Wait a few mins.
Run UBM with the browser closed.
Post a link to the results.

Your showing a lot of background stuff running.

This causes UBM numbers to be a little wonky.

Run UBM again and make sure you run UBM like I said.

That shows 4GB of stuff loading at startup.

Make your startup group skinny don't load unneeded stuff.

Try again while you're running Prime95 or Furmark on the CPU.
