20 / 24 Pin Question

I'm building a cheap system and would like to buy this motherboard:

It says that it has a 24 pin plug, but in the picture if you look closely theres some kind of sticker over 4 of the pins. Now I have a power supply that is 20 pin, and I was wondering if this picture implies that you could use a 20 pin with it.

In the case of Intel, the 24 pin (2x12V and 2x0V extra) is used for Extreme edition CPU's or higher amperage CPU's (06 code I think). Everything under that can survive with 20pin. I presume that if you going for a "light" CPU on the AMD side, you can get away - although I'm no boffin on AMD CPU's.
