20+4 pin connector question

I just started installing my ENERMAX Liberty ELT620AWT ATX12V 620W PSU and I noticed on the 20+4pin connector that one of the pins is blank?

Is that suppose to be that way? By blank I mean there's no wire going to it, it's just plastic and you can see right through it!?

I really hope it's suppose to be like this or this will be the 2nd item from newegg on this new PC I'm "trying" to build that I have to send back. (first being my Opteron 165 that arrived smashed, retail even)

hmm

I have the same PSU. i dont think any pins are missing on mine, i havent looked though. if you want to be safe go and buy a PSU tester. this should help eliviate or confirm your fears.
