20 aftermarket cpu cooler

i have a i5 3570k and a 20 dollar newegg promo card. should what aftermarket cpu cooler should i get or should i just get more case fans?

I would go for the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus or 212 EVO.

whats the difference their the same price? Also should Ive already instaled the stock fan and the thermal paste is already on there is there a speacail way i have to cleen it off

The EVO is better. I would get some rubbing alcohol to clean the processor after you remove the heatsink, and then re-apply thermal paste to the processor. You do not need very much. Not more than the size of a pea. Both coolers should come with a tube of thermal paste.
