Ok,I got 200$ recently and my PC broke down, (Liquid cooler leak) and until I can buy the same PC again I need somethin cheap. I think the best way to go is get an old PC and add a GPU that doesn't require external power. I've been looking into Dell Optiplex GX7(40-70) and a GTX 750, If someone can help me I would be thankful and merry Christmas thanks!
