Ok so i am about to build a gaming PC and i decided i wanted a computer with integrated graphics to run some gaming servers IE: Minecraft, TF2, ETC/ Bitcoin mine at the same time.

So here is my build so far:

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500 GB SATA III 7200 RPM 16 MB Cache Bulk/OEM Desktop Hard Drive - WD5000AAKX $50

RAM: Corsair XMS3 4 GB 1333MHz PC3-10666 240-pin DDR3 Memory Kit for Core i3 i5 i7 and CMX4GX3M1A1333C9 $25

CPU: Intel Pentium Dual-Core Processor G860 3.0 GHz 3 MB Cache LGA 1155 - BX80623G860 $60

MOBO: This is what i'm stumped on i can't find a decent MOBO that's around $50 that has integrated graphics LGA 1155 and DDR 3.

Case: NZXT Technologies Source 210 Computer Case (Black) i'm not concerned with look as this is gonna be beneath my desk and always on

PSU: Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 500w Power Supply (RS500-PCARD3-US) $35

Notes: I don't need a GPU or sound card as this is mainly just gonna have DOS prompts up for running Minecraft servers. Also i'm gonna use the stock fan as i won't overclock with this. I have an optical drive laying around from one of my old prebuilts and i have VISTA lying around in some hole

Solution
Hm, CoolerMaster is not known for making the best power supplies, I personally would spend $10 more dollars and get that Antec. It is very efficient and much more reliable.

And no worries, I am glad I could help.

the PSU is the Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 500w Power Supply (RS500-PCARD3-US) $35 Also sorry about being so stupid i just started getting into this stuff 2 weeks ago
