I would say it's decent but a lot of your funds are mismanaged. In Win makes some solid cases but that one is ridiculously expensive for a mITX case. Also I think the Maximus is overrated and the thermal compound is a waste of money. If you want to do a small mITX or mATX system here's what I would suggest going with:

The In Win 901 doesn't have a space for an optical drive so you don't need one but having an external will be handy for operating system installation. Case fans I wouldn't worry about because you can only have as many fans as your case has the mounts for. However if you look at the mATX option I put up there, you can add a second GTX 770 and run the one you already have in SLI mode which will give you a huge advantage in gaming.
