[SOLVED] $2000 (1,50,00 INR) Workstation PC

Hi,
this is a build for my friend who has a full time job of video editing and photoshop stuff along with rendering on various platforms. He used to use a 2016 Macbook pro but now wants a better Desktop PC that will suit his needs . Main priority is Video editing/encoding. . He will be purchasing the software needed , so that inclusion won't be needed in the build.

$2000 (1,50,00 INR) Workstation PC
Do help me with the parts for this build. He has a mini photography studio and would like the best fitting in this budget.Thanks!

I think 32gb ram would be sufficient?

Best case : threadripper 2950X in a X399 mobo with 4x8gb of 3200+mhz rams with an Enermax liqtech tr4 360 cooler. Antec earthwatts pro 750w would be good.

Lower budget option : ryzen 2700X in a X470 mobo with 2x16gb of 3200+rams with the 650w psu. Noctua NH D15S, cryorig r1, be quiet dark rock pro 4 cpu cooler.

Fractal design meshify c or NZXT H500 for case. Corsair mp 510 ssd or Samsung 960/970 ssd.
