(sorry for my bad english)

From were are you getting the parts (which country?)....I'll suggest a below 2000$ build (I think that will cover the price difference) and see if that suits a performance gaming build well. Here's a suggestion:

You can pick a cheper GTX 980 ti if you can find one in your country.
Also, in terms of motherboard I suggest Asrock Extreme 6+(best features for the price) but if that is too expensive pick another one (the one you picked was fine). In terms of case I recommended a good one but pick one that your friend likes. The PSU is very high quality (I own the 850w model myself). I don't know about that monitor (5ms response time) but I guess it's fine (I haven't included a monitor myself). The cpu cooler I picked (I also suggest a Noctua NH-U12S or U14S, or a Dark Rock Pro 3 if you want sth that looks better).
I picked a WD hdd because it is higher quality than the Seagate drive (Seagate consumer drives tend to have high failure rates).

* You are getting one of the Best GPU in the market with a Crapiest PSU [Sharkoon WPM700 Bronze].
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
Change that PSU. Get this

* CRYORIG H7 will give you better Temp result compare to Be Quiet [same price]. https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/beQuiet/Pure_Rock/6.html
Get this http://www.amazon.de/Cryorig-CR-H7A-CRYORIG-H7/dp/B00S7YA5FQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1444484494&sr=8-1&keywords=CRYORIG+H7

Other than that Build looks really Solid.

PSU: Sharkoon WPM700 Bronze €67 - THIS IS A BAD PSU - this could cause you millions problems with your PC and if it goes down it might take several other parts with him. AVOID CHEAP PSU.

Should i change the HDD to the Western digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200rpm SATA 6Gb/s 64MB? I've seen the phantex case too but it's less appealing than the NZXT source 530 he thinks.

Ok, i think I will take the Cryorig.

Yes I think you should change the hdd to the WD10EZEX. Ok, I understand the decision about the case. Also, good that you've changed the gpu to the MSI Gaming gtx 980 ti.

I wouldn't go AIO cooler unless it has at least a 240mm or 280mm radiator. Also they have poor performance/noise ratio. Maybe spend the extra on a better Air Cooler.

Your current build:
1) That 750W psu is not required. 600W is enough! save few more bucks.
2) ASUS GPU doesn't clock that much as Gigabyte or MSI do. Would go for gigabyte as it's cheaper and the coolest of them all.
3) You will have a nice case with no coolers in top(2) or front (2 cold air intake) (my build has them included.)
4) Your SSD woud be twice as faster with m.2 connection (the one in my build)
5) 1TB will not be enough quite soon, take at least 2 TBs - games are getting heavier and you might want to store some good movies / blu ray quality concerts etc....
6) Noctua cooler is not at all better than phanteks i've included - you would also keept the white/black styling throughout all of your build.

I copy paste my whole build - previously posted - you could've reviewed it :)

The Samsung M2 ssd you suggested is not at all faster than a Sata III 850 Evo! It is the same ssd just that in an M2 form factor (The interface is still SATA even though the form factor is M2). Don't misinform!
http://www.anandtech.com/show/9023/the-samsung-ssd-850-evo-msata-m2-review

Hmm, i didn't know that the M.2 SSds were faster than traditional SSDs, I'll go with the Samsung 850 EVO - M.2 - 250GB then i guess. I'm going to keep my 650W PSU because it's modular and it's the same price as the 600W ones in my country. I'm also going to keep the MSI gpu because it's quieter and has a very small temperature difference. I spoke to my friend and he agreed to take the phanteks case so it will have 1 big front intake and 1 small outtake. Thanks for the advice though.

I just read the specs of the 2 drives and the original SSD has slightly better performance in writing and an SSD is also nice to put in front of the window of the case so i'll go with the original SSD then i guess.

Noise is evaluated in decibels. Based on the data - Phanteks will keep your CPU cooler and will be more quiet than the be quiet. lulz. It's your choise - Rock 3 is a decent cooler.
Phanteks:
78.1 CFM
NOISE LEVEL
13.4 - 19.0 dbA
FAN RPM
900 - 1200 RPM

Dark ROck 3:
67.8
NOISE LEVEL
8.4 - 21.1 dbA
FAN RPM
400 - 1400 RPM

In simple gaming, you will not feel the cooler noise anyway, as it will be overwhelmed by GPU coolers.
