I am looking to build a PC for gaming , with a bit of 3D model creating on the side. This is what I had in mind , any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I think you need a CPU cooler if you're overclocking.

it looks good to me, except for the RAM. if you want 8 GB of RAM you should get 2 dimms of 4GB instead of one of 8. thil way you'll benefit from dual channel(which is faster), also go for faster RAM,(at least 1600MHz)
