Idk what the resolution is but I have 2 monitors. I don't really need an ssd either.
one HD 7970 would work out for me I don't think I really need crossfire and I could go LGA 2011

makes NO sense not to get a SSD in a 1200+ dollar build. NO sense. when you use your computer vs a 500 dollar build with a SSD, the one with the SSD will smack your rig in everything except gaming.

from my experience, i tend to work 2x as fast on a rig with a ssd vs a rig with a hard drive

Even then, games will load much faster using a SSD rather than a conventional HDD.

@OP Is there any specific reason why you don't want a SSD? I would highly recommend you get at least a 128gb SSD. You can store your OS, a few games and frequently used applications on it. Then you could use your HDD to store media and files such as movies, word documents, music, pictures, etc.

i think you did bad

-the 600t is pretty expensive for what it offers. a R4 from fractal is half the price, yet has better cabling and is more silent for no thermal gains or losses
-Bitfenix LEDs are much better. so are NZXTs LEDs
-maximus v formula is useless to you if you dont have good headsets or that you cannot tell the difference between a discrete sound solution found on other boards and a dedicated solution such as the one found on the maximus v
-680s are the worst value, and ontop of that is that evga has pretty much the worst aftermarket cooling solution you can find for video cards (unless that is you have a cramped case, in which you dont)
-good luck with the power supply. i really hope it doesnt fail
-i5s are not for your video editiing. and saying things are out of budget is also false because i kept my build with a i7 well below costs
-fast ram is useless, tack on top of that is that you voided your intel warranty by using fast ram + ram that is over 1.5v
-a WD blue is cheaper elsewhere and has more warranty. and a seagate is 67.99 at most places
-windows was always cheaper elsewhere
-hope that fan doesnt die, because cooler master fans are crap.
-i dont care that much about a h100i. some people just hate a bulky cooler, but then they would have to risk pump failure for that luxury


oh and you will have to reinstall windows, reformat your hard drive, reinstall your games, and then call microsoft to reactivate your windows license when you add that SSD later on.

and the force gt is easily outpaced by any toggle nand SSD like this

-did you know that a R4 can hold a MVE? have you actually built in that case and measured things out? i have
-how far are you going? anything below 4.8ghz and you wont see a difference
-you dont get beyond 4.5ghz easily. by then you have to throw many volts at it, which equals no cooler can cope with it.
-thermaltake doesnt make very good psus. go seasonic
-really good reviews mean nothing when you knoiw that a 670 performs like a 680 out of the box
-closed coolers dont match a open cooler in temps. never unless you are in a cramped case, which you are not
-intel doesnt cover you if you go beyond 1600mhz with your ram or above 1.5v. unless you buy overclocking warranty
-it does fit the 600t, but then either way it is unnecessary as fans made no difference in my case

your ram wont run lower than 1.65v. unless you run at 1600mhz, which defeats your effort to run fast ram
