Hey guys! my Deepcool Gammax L240 V1's fans are running between 1800RPM and 2200RPM, is this safe?

I went to my BIOS (Gigabyte B450 Pro), and every fan control was set to Normal. I'm worried that my CPU cooler might stop working anytime soon.. TIA for your answers..

What BIOS version are you working with on the motherboard, at the time of writing? If you followed through the installation of the AIO per the user manual, here, then you should be on a fan hub for the two fans. If the fans are running maxed out, either you connected the PWM fan hub to a 3 pin header or the motherboard might need a BIOS update.
