2000pro to XP pro

OK I am using 2000 pro and i want to upgrade to XPpro but
i dont know if it is worth it and i dont know if i can. My
computer is used for school. So if anyone can help thanks

Yes, you can. Though I never recommend upgrades. Pop the disk in the drive
while Windows is running and follow the prompts.
