2004: Install/play from mounted dvd?

Is it possible to copy the whole cds/dvd to harddisk and play ut2004 with
linux? Is there a nocd-crack for linux, or can i simply mount the cds?

Just use the installer for Linux.

No need, there is no CD check to begin with.
