2007 dell inspiron 530s upgrade

Hey Guys so i have a 9 year old dell inspiron 530s which has a 1.6 Ghz processor and 1 gb of ram and is running windows vista. What can i do to make it gaming worthy? to say run CsGo or dota without lags. And is it worth the hassle of upgrading? it is still in a good condition. I need Your Opinions on this. Thanks so much.

If you have a G33Mo3 mobo you can put a q9650 in it with same 8GB ram.
