I got stable 200 FPS CS:GO on 60hz monitor . With the max refresh rate of monitor , 60hz it only can display 60 images per second . So although in the game it shows I got stable 200 fps but I just get 60 fps instead of 200 fps due to 60hz is the max refresh ?

Solution
Running 60fps or even 70fps on 60Hz will be better compared to 144Hz. At least you can enable VSync in the game and cut the FPS to 60. Not the best solution but better than nothing.

The best solution is to use GSync or Freesync and a 144Hz monitor. Anything over 60FPS and you take advantage of it, and no matter how far below 144fps or above, the sync will make things crystal smooth. Especially at 1440p, the hardware today just can't push 144fps and adaptive sync is so useful. People arn't adopting the technology fast enough.

I play CS:GO can achieve 200 fps but other games like FarCry, I just got around 60 fps .
Do I get benefit if i change to 144hz monitor ?
For CS:GO I know it will get smoother but how it is for FarCry ? Will it stuttering ? Since the GPU send less frame than the monitor refresh rate .

Will it have any noticeable differences of 60 fps on 60hz and 144hz monitor ? Will it be smoother as it refresh faster ?
I want to know is it worth for me to upgrade to 144hz monitor . Thanksss 😀

For those who can afford the $200 extra G-Sync alone can cost. I'd recommend FreeSync over it simply because it doesn't inflate the price of the monitor. Same thing just costs less.

As soon as you go above 60 FPS on a 144 Hz monitor, what you see is immediatly smoother. This is a bad thing, because you'll notice the difference immediatly, and it'll look like it's stuttering. The frame timings have changed too, but the timing as far as stutter and screen tearing is concerned, it'll be relatively the same.

To answer above. NVIDIA has got the biggest market, but the most expensive sync tech, of course us consumers aren't buying into it fast enough. 😛
