So basically im stuck thinking which one of these cases i should get.

200r: I love the design the most of these 3 cases and i love the simple, traditional look to it.
Price: 81 USD
270r: Looks sleek but overall don't like the look and that the power button and USB ports is on the side on the front.
Price: 55 USD
S340: I don't love the design of it, but it's ok i guess.
Price: 94 USD

So, which one of these cases perform the best (Air flow, noise, etc) of these and which one of these are easy to build in?

Since choosing a case is completely a personal choice, go with the case that you like the most. Simple as that.

It's easier to build in a case that you love than in a case you hate, even if the loved case has lower build quality and you may face some installation issues.

Airflow and noise depend mostly on which kind of fans you put into it. For example:
If you put Corsair AF120 in there then don't expect much airflow since those fans have poor performance. Though, they are quiet too.

If you were to use an epic fan like Noctua NF-F12 industrialPPC-3000 PWM, then you can have great airflow. The downside is that this fan produces whopping...

If you were to use an epic fan like Noctua NF-F12 industrialPPC-3000 PWM, then you can have great airflow. The downside is that this fan produces whopping 43.5 dB(A) of noise at 3000 RPM.

For best compromise between airflow and noise, you can go with Corsair ML120 fans that i'm also using in my Skylake build (full specs with pics in my sig). With huge RPM range of 400 - 2400 RPM, i can decide if i want more airflow and noise or less airflow and some peace and quiet. I'm currently running my fans at the sweet spot of 1100 RPM. Though, the downside is the premium price tag these mag-lev bearing fans have.
