PNY XLR8 GeForce GTX 560Ti OC2 Edition 1GB GDDR5 $205

Seagate ST31000524AS Barracuda 1TB, SATA 6Gbps, 7200 RPM, 32MB $54.99

GIGABYTE P67A-D3-B3 Intel 6 Series Motherboard $104.99

Corsair CMPSU-600CXV2 600 Watt PSU $49.99

PNY MD6144KD3-1600-X8 XLR8 Dual Channel 6144MB $29.99

Intel Core i5-2500K $214.99

Total = $660

Questions are is this a good build? Should I buy now or will intel be relasing new products for this last quarter? Along with gpu? Do we have any future releases that will be significantly better or make these prices cheaper?

Also I would read on forums of people having similar builds and paying around 600 + case + dvdr, about 6 months ago maybe a year ago.

Thanks guys!

Unless your impatient, I would recommend building at or near the end of the year because of Boxing Day (in Canada) and Black Firday (if your in the States). There are great discounts to be had on those days (but the catch is no pain no gain, you'll probably have to get up and in line by 6am - 7:30am latest). I'm pretty sure they have a huge PC hardware sale in England too, just not sure when. When you consider the discount and the fact that prices will drop by an additional 10-15% by the end of the year, it means better hardware for the same amount of money. It's a win-win if you ask me.... unless your impatient or in need of better hardware to play Crysis 2 :p

Edit: Just remembered that ATI has their new Bulldozer APU and 7xxx gen cards lined up as well. Even if you can't use them, their very release and presence will cause price drops on other cards. Something else to keep in mind. =)
