Beeping in a Mac Mini could be a number of things, depending upon when it beeps and what pattern they are. One possible cause is a hard disk that is about to fail (hardly surprising if you have been hitting it). You could use Disk Utility to check the S.M.A.R.T. Status of the disk. If that says it's going then you need to replace the disk ASAP.
I just looked at the disk utility and it says its verified. BUt i recently have opened the mac mini and i took out the ram and put it back in do you think that it might be he ram loose or anything like that.
