Note: I tried to keep it budget friendly without making stupid choices althought i dont know if some of my choices are overpriced.

I assume that you specifically want an AMD only build, no Intel components included, so I'll proceed with that in mind. The CPU is one of the better choices for AMD, but I don't know if you'll be able to overclock it too much with an air cooler. The RAM is alright. You need to replace the GTX 960 with a R9 290X though and pick a 600W minimum bronze certification PSU so that you can run the card well.

I have no problem with an Intel build and if you have a intel solution around the price of the FX-8350 feel fre to link it as well as a motherboard personally i can see that some R9 2xx series cards have slightly better performance than Nvidia cards but i really want to get the 960 SuperSC as I might wait to see if Nvidia would fix the hardware issue with the GTX 970!

I don't see how the GTX 960 and the 970 are connected in any way. Anyway, do you intend to overclock or not? I tried to remain mostly within budget as none was stated.
Non-overclocking build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2VKZvK
Overclocking build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2kBPGX

Both builds have a better RAM, the first one has a different SSD - one I've seen many people use and I assume it's because of higher quality. The second build is obviously more pricey, but that was the best I could do without damaging GPU performance by downgrading. I also dropped the SSD in the second build to save money (to be honest, I myself find SSDs unnecessary).
