Looks OK to me, quite "Middle of road" system but that CPU cooler is not much better for OC than OEM one.
That SSD is just better than nothing, you are going to run out of space in a hurry even if installing games/programs to HDD. Wouldn't recommend under 240GB. Save on CPU cooler (for now) and put money in SSD.

I would say get the Ryzen 7 1700, just a bit over the 2600 but way better value.
